Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 4 to 10 business days after your order has been processed.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates and do not account for unforeseen delays, such as, carrier issues, or natural events.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this to track your package on the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update after your order has shipped.

4. Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect Shipping Information: It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping details at checkout. Zyarok is not responsible for any orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. If an order is returned to us due to incorrect information, you may be required to pay for reshipping.

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow our return process.

7. Undeliverable Packages

If your order is returned to us due to an undeliverable address or failure to accept delivery, we will notify you via email. If you wish to have the order reshipped, you will be responsible for the new shipping charges. Alternatively, you can opt for a refund minus the original shipping costs.
